The hotel is in a great spot, just a short walk away from the mountain and with plenty of good beds in the rooms. They offer a decent selection of evening meals, including menus to choose from. The staff were really friendly and happy to help with anything we needed, as long as we treated them well.
The shower was a bit tricky to use, and it seemed to waste quite a lot of water which wasn't ideal. Although the meals were ok, they were quite basic and could probably have been a bit better.

Spent my Christmas holidays here with a group of friends. the location was perfect since it was very close to the ski lifts and the rooms were comfortable with cozy beds. the staff was polite and helpful when we treated them kindly. we were given the option to choose from at least two different menu items during dinner which was a lifesaver for picky eaters.
The shower was an absolute nightmare and seemed to waste a lot of water. It was difficult to use and adjust the temperature, and we had to ask the staff for help several times, which was quite frustrating.

We stayed at a hotel in a great location, just a short distance from the Zwölferkogelbahn. the rooms were comfortable with cozy beds, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of adventure. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering great service throughout our stay. We enjoyed a variety of menu options for the evening meals, ensuring everyone found something they liked. the hotel provided basic but satisfactory breakfast options to start the day off right.
The shower in the room was a bit tricky to use and seemed to waste a lot of water.
